1. Your Paint will last longer. Most paint companies will claim that an annual house wash will make your paint last for up to 25% longer.
   
   
2. An annual house wash can remove moss, mold, algae and lichen reducing staining. A lot of people leave it too long between house washes and by that stage staining can only be removed with a repaint, costing thousands of dollars more than a house wash.
