Q1. Do I need to be home for you to wash my house?
Answer:
No. All we need is access to an outside tap. Before we arrive you only need to make sure all windows are firmly closed, pets are in a safe place and any washing is inside. For small jobs we don't even need a tap.
Q2.Do you use chemicals?
Answer:
The choice is yours. The chemical we use reduces the growth of fungus, mould and lichen.
Q3. Will it take the paint off my house?
Answer:
A lot of people worry that a house wash will take paint off your house. Gentle house washing using medium pressure waterblasting should not do this, unless the paint work is in particularly poor condition, and there is a lot of flakey paint on the house. If you are concerned please let us know and we will assess the house prior to and during the wash to make sure this does not happen. click here to see testimonials in regard to this.
Q4. Will my paint really last longer if I wash my home regularly?
Answer:
Yes. Most paint companies claim if you wash the paint on your home once a year you will increase the paints' life expectancy 20-25%. It's definitely cheaper to wash regularly than repaint!
